The first and second meet-ups are free of charge.

If you've got a set budget, let me know at the first meet up and we can work within that. Otherwise I'll give you an individual quote based on your bespoke design.

The quote will be based on the complexity, size and estimated time to complete. Prices quoted will include all the basic materials as well as specialist finishes (e.g. chalk paint / glitter / white board etc). Prices start from just £100.

Once the design has been agreed, a deposit of 25% will be required (cash, cheque or BACs) at the second meet-up in order to secure the booking.

Doing it!
The first stage is to pencil everything out onto the walls, at which point I’ll get you to check you’re happy with everything.  I'll then hand-paint the murals and add any specialist finishes such as coloured chalk boards, glitter paint, adhesive white boards or magnetic panels.

Simple/small space designs may only take a day (see ‘Up-up and Away’ example in ‘Portfolio'), with more complicated or larger scale designs taking several days (see ‘Emily's Jungle Room', which took 3 days to complete).

Second meet-up
We’ll run through some ideas, sketches, references and swatches so that we can make a decision on the final design.

Paints are mixed especially for each project with a huge range to choose from, and special additions such as coloured chalkboard paint, glitter paint, adhesive magnetic or white board details serve to add an extra special touch.

Both the first and second meet-ups are free of charge.

First meet-up
Get in touch via the "Contact" section of the site. We can have a quick chat and then I’ll organise to come along to your home to meet you and your child and have a look at the space. We can talk about what kind of things he/she likes and look at any references you have. You may have a very specific idea of what you want or no idea at all – either is fine!

(Our primary catchment area is properties located within 30 minutes drive of Manchester city centre (M1). Properties outside of this area will, of course, be considered but may be charged additional travel expenses.)

How it works

I’m a Manchester-based artist (and mum) specialising in painting children’s rooms to create imaginative, colourful and fun spaces. The hand-painted murals are entirely tailored to your child’s interests, whether that’s a character in a book, an imaginary friend, a hobby or their favourite teddy bear.
